• Contact Information: We collect your phone number or email address only when you voluntarily initiate a "Contact Agent" request or use our verification tools.

2. Usage of Data

How we use the information we process:

• Facilitating Connections: To transmit your inquiry to the verified agent when you explicitly request to chat or call.
• Verification Algorithms: To improve our "Vio-Check" logic by analyzing which agents are most frequently searched and verified.
• Security: To detect and prevent automated scraping or bot activity (protecting the platform integrity).

3. Third-Party Disclosures & Technologies

We use trusted third-party services to enhance VioBrokers. We do not sell your private user data to cold-callers.

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4): We use cookies and tracking technologies provided by Google to analyze site traffic and user behavior. This helps us understand market trends and improve user experience. All data sent to Google is anonymized.
• WhatsApp API: When you click "Chat with Agent," your inquiry is processed via the WhatsApp API. By using this feature, you acknowledge that your interaction is subject to WhatsApp's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

VioBrokers is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. However, we acknowledge our users may visit from the European Economic Area (EEA) or UK.
